Health & Wellness for Film Workers
Our health and wellness seminars are tailored to equip film professionals with the knowledge and strategies needed to optimize their well-being both on and off set. Led by Zahra Liberté Aldünia, a certified wellness coach with a certification from Harvard Medical School in Health, Wellness, and Sustainable Nutrition Planning, these seminars focus on sustainable practices that enhance energy, resilience, and overall health in the demanding world of film production. Participants will learn cutting-edge strategies grounded in neuroscience, biohacking, and lifestyle medicine to mitigate the physical and mental toll of the industry, empowering them to achieve peak performance and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Diversity & Inclusion (Scripted & in Production)
Unlike most diversity and inclusion seminars, this program goes beyond theoretical discussions by providing hands-on experience in every department of film production. Participants will gain practical integration strategies that can be applied across all aspects of the production process. From casting and crew selection to on-set operations and post-production, each department will learn specific ways to contribute to a more inclusive environment. At the heart of our sustainability efforts are strong relationships with local community organizations, which allow us to implement eco-friendly practices more effectively and collaborate on meaningful contributions to sustainable production.
